In preparation for our re-entry to the Sanctuary on Sunday, August 26, we are thankful for Sunday School Classes that will lead us to pray our way “Back to the Future” in the worship in the Sanctuary.   Thanks for noting the following schedule and for praying with us as we prepare for these dates:

July 22Combined Adult Sunday School Class in the SANCTUARY with Bob Foy who will introduce us to the theme for the Lay Empowering Weekend coming our way in September and included in this session will be prayers for church family as we will soon be back to the Sanctuary for worship. Pray for us to come home together in the Lord!

July 29The Edith Hoffman Sunday School Class will meet in the CHOIR LOFT of the Sanctuary for their class time and include prayers for our musicians who will lead us in worship.

August 5The Melting Pot Sunday School Class will meet in the BALCONY of the Sanctuary for their class time and include prayers for our tech team and television team.

August 12The Joy Sunday School Class  will meet on the PLATFORM of the Sanctuary for their class time and include prayers for our preachers and worship leaders.

August 19 — We still need one Sunday School class to meet in the PEWS of the Sanctuary for their class time and include prayers for all those who will gather for worship there.

Then, on SundayAugust 26, we will gather from 9:30-11:00 am  for Celebration Worship in the Sanctuary followed by Sunday School for all ages at 11:00 AM.  (NOTE: This first Sunday back will be an extended service.  The regular schedule going forward will be 9:30 am Worship and 10:45 am Sunday School!)

  1. The Kindergarten / First Grade class would like to come to the Sanctuary for prayer time, where the Children’s moment will take place and the baptistery. We would like to pray for our friends; for those we know, those we don’t know yet, and for those waiting to be baptized.
